Lemon Salmon

This is one of the best recipes we have ever found for salmon and stellies.

Ingredients

  1. 4 Salmon Fillets
  2. Bottle of Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. When you catch the salmon don't get it any warmer than the water you caught it in. When you get home soak the fillets in real lemon then pat dry with a towel, this helps them freeze better. When you are ready to cook them marinade them in Italian dressing and put them on the grill skin side down on medium heat and DO NOT TURN. Wait until the fish gets flaky then remove from the grill and enjoy.
