Deep Fried Steelhead

  1. 1 fillet Steelhead (no skin, pick around bones)
  2. Milk (as needed)
  3. 1 package Golden Dip
  4. Salt & Pepper (as needed)
  5. Frying Oil (preferably peanut)


  1. Soak fillet(s) in milk for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Pre-heat peanut oil to 350 degrees. Remove fillets and drip off. Submerge in Golden Dip. Plung fillet(s) in hot oil until fillet(s) float or until desired doneness. Enjoy!
