walleye crisp

Ingredients

  1. 1 box crackers (saltine)
  2. 6 eggs
  3. your preferance of seasonings
  4. walleye
  5. vegtable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare by heating oil in a deep frier or in a skillet. Beat eggs in a bowl, then add seasonings. Crush crakers in a sealable bag. Filet and skin walleye. Dip in egg mixture, next put in crackers and coat evenly. Immedeatly put in oil until it floats in a deep frier or until it browns in a skillet.
