Canned Salmon

  1. 1T. Ketchup
  2. 1T. Vinegar
  3. 1tsp. veg. oil


  1. Soak Salmon overnight in 1 cup salt per gallon of water. Rinse and pat dry, then cut Salmon into thin strips. Pack into wide mouth pint jars to which the above ingredients have been added. Process in Pressure Canner at 10 lbs. of pressure for 90 mins. Use in your favorite recipies for salmon. Better than store bought!
