Jack Daniels Trout, Salmon or Chicken

Comments: I don't remember where I found this recipe but it turns out great and my husband loves it!!! This recipe was originally submitted on the old FishErie site by Terry Marci.


  1. 1 pound deboned trout, salmon, or chicken
  2. 1/2 cup teriyaki
  3. 1/4 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 green onion, sliced
  6. 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
  7. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  8. 2 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. balck pepper


  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a glass or ceramic pan. Place trout, salmon, or chicken in marinade. Spray broiler tray with nonstick vegetable spray. Broil salmon, trout, or chicken until outside is seared to a light brown (approximately 12-15 minutes). While fish or chicken is broiling put marinade into a sauce pan. Cook marinade until slightly thickened. Place fish or chicken on serving platter. Pour thickened marinade over.
