Report: The Steelhead fishing on the Salmon is still very good, with multiple hook ups being had by most anglers The fish are spread through out the river and are beginning to load up in their normal wintering spots although there are still plenty of transitional fish in the fast water Egg sacks and trout beads under the floats have been working best and for the fly guys Dead drifting Egg patterns in various colors along with nymphs has been good as has swinging wet flies in the tail outs of larger pools
